Class of 2015

Inkanyezi Creche & Community Care Centre is nearing the end of it’s 6th year of operation. Although there have been no major changes to note in 2015, there have been many reasons to be grateful and to give thanks. With an average of 60 children enrolled throughout the year, the emphasis remains the same: to provide a loving, nurturing and stimulating environment in which each child can develop and grow. We are grateful to have been part of each individual child’s journey of discovery from hopping to cutting to learning the communication skills of please and sorry.

Our Early Childhood Development Practitioners (teachers) have had the opportunity of furthering their education with workshops on making toys from waste, managing an ECD centre and health awareness issues to name a few. We are grateful to donors who have made this possible. This past year will be remembered as one of ‘maturing’ as a centre of excellence thanks to the dedication of all the staff, donors, parents/care givers and supporters.
inkanyezi-christmasWe are delighted that Toys are Us have again approached Inkanyezi to be part of their Christmas giving for 2015. If you would like to participate in this initiative, pop into Toys R Us Pavilion and look for the Christmas Tree☺
Please pray with us for continued and regular provision for all our needs. We do not have funds available for paying staff an annual bonus. The Management Team is trusting for this and for sufficient funds to maintain the development of Inkanyezi into 2016. If you know someone who would be interested in giving a donation to Inkanyezi, please contact us at for more information.
